Pillowcase for Pressure Ulcer

The Parafricta® Pillowcase provides protection to users’ skin on the face, ears or back of head where there is at risk of friction and associated shear damage (e.g. acute agitation, healing burns, fragile skin conditions). It may provide increased comfort to users with skin conditions irritated by contact with conventional, less smooth pillowcases. The pillowcase is a UK standard rectangular size, 71 cm long x 48 cm wide. It can be washed at up to 95°C without affecting its performance.

Approval by the NICE Health Organization as preventing pressure ulcers and by the Ministry of Health in Israel.
